How do I process my return or exchange?

To initiate a return or an exchange, please contact Enervee Customer Support  via aep@care.enervee.com or +1 (888) 556-0166 Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm PST.  You will have 15 days from the day you receive your appliance to initiate a return and can only process an exchange for the same item.
