What happens if my delivery is damaged?

If you received your order but the products were damaged during shipping, you may return your damaged items for a replacement within the first 5 days of receiving the item(s). After the 5 day period, we will handle case-by-case.

For other inquiries such as partial shipments, missing items, or wrong items, please call us at (800) 948-1063 or email at order_support@lightbulbs.com. Please note, after the 5 days, we will no longer be able to replace these items.
