If you have purchased either a lighting or thermostat directly through Checkout, the following rules apply:
For lighting products, you must notify us of an issue within 10 business days of the delivery date of the order and the item(s) will be replaced at no charge or we’ll issue a refund.
For thermostats, you can report a defective or damaged unit directly through the manufacturer within 30 days of the delivery date for a replacement.
